Checking one more off the list. Not a true 2 feather, but a 2 1/2 feather; this one shows the detached 3rd feather with a small portion remaining closest to the 2nd feather. Even with the 3rd feather remnant, this is a tough one to find! This one looks a bit more pronounced in the pics due to the toning and shadows, less apparent in hand. Also not the extensive die polishing under the jaw and under the date. Designers initial is less pronounced and mushy on the 2 1/2 feather variety.

I have this one at G06, not the sharpest example, but it will hold a tougher spot to fill in the meantime.

9 to go!

I lean toward G-04, agree not quite a 2 feather.

Thanks for sharing your latest find, it is great to see. From a few of the different examples I've seen it certainly seems like the weaker the partial 3rd feather the less distinct the front of the neck line is as well.

Great find TY2020b. I'll add it to the list. Haven't been able to look in last few weeks, plus the list gets a lot harder when you get down to the last 10 or so.

It's more that likely a G-06. You can't go by the date on 1925 coins, they were all made with the first 2 digits being weak from the Master Hub.

Quality control was poor in 1925. Too many speakeasies around.
