His name is Stuart Keen and he can be contacted at coinsak@juno.com by anyone who is interested in ordering one. I already ordered mine and will also be getting a price list from him with my book. I learned to do Bust half die attribution with Peterson, but it is nice to have Overton now too. I am partial to the methodology that Peterson uses, but there is more textual info in Overton that I can and will use as a reference. Thanks for the notice Susan, I appreciate it!
