I know I am shooting in the dark here, but could that have been a phishing scam? It sure sounds like one. Are you able to sell on Amazon? Face book marketplace? John1

Thanks for all the support. A few comments: Quote:I honestly hope ebay gets what is coming to them, behavior like this is unacceptable and immoral. That thought has been reverberating in my head. Quote:One more reason o not to have any deals with ebay after their enormous fees... I had come to terms with the fees. Being that they basically have a monopoly in this area, they can charge whatever they please. Quote: I know I am shooting in the dark here, but could that have been a phishing scam? It sure sounds like one. If you are suggesting that the email wasn't actually from ebay, no. My account is suspended. I did not discover that thru the email. I discovered it by clicking on one of my listings and finding it removed.

Quote: Grape, you mentioned that your account got suspended, but you were able to make a new account and sell again? How was this accomplished? I just made a new account, sold in small quantities and it flew under the radar for a while. Then I sold a few big items and that didn't go unnoticed.

Quote: I believe CCF shall put more efforts in developing of its own marketplace. Already been done. People begged for it for years. I finally invested a ton of time and money to build a auction/BIN system here. It was a nice system, hardly anyone used it, not even most of the people that begged for it. So it's in a corner getting dusty now.

Sorry to hear about this. Completed listings for thecoinguyfrommichigan are still retrievable. I see you sold a relatively expensive 1966 Omega watch. Could it be related to that transaction? Did you receive positive feedback for that transaction? In today's world I take nothing for granted. I hope you find some acceptable solution whether ebay changes their position or not.

usually but not always, suspensions occur when there are customer complaints. either too many items out of stock , cancelled transactions, or items not as described, I am Not Sure but I think they use A.I. bots to flag accounts ..So technically you can do everything right and still be wrong. I can say for sure that I have not heard of anyone getting a straight answer on their suspension. I would try the facebook chat as suggested above. They can provide more info..But are still unlikely to tell you what you did wrong.

Quite simply a lot of ebay Accounts get suspended for NOT updating your information when asked repeatedly. Another reason for an immediate suspension , trying to avoid tax laws which ebay must comply with . NOT SAYING anything like that happened here . At least ebay owes a detailed Explanation if nothing else . Sure glad I attended the ebay Sellers open in Las Vegas a few years back . Hoisted a few beers with the right guy and he even bought lunch . Any issues I have can just email or phone him . To the OP , you really need to be like a dog with a bone and deal with someone higher up the food chain so to speak . Good Luck ! Here's a list of ebay no no s Fail to deliver Fail to satisfy customers on the first go Trade outside of ebayGive shoppers ways to reach you outside of ebaySteal images, listings, or ideas Sell fakes or knock-offs Break ebay rules Break the law Give the impression that your account's been hacked Fail to pay your selling fees

Did you use the same name, and same address as your previous account? I did, and as soon as I created my first listing, bam. Was your new account suspended as well when they caught you?

I did, same name, same address. They did suspend it, hence my issue, I'll post a picture of my current issue

I got a $500 payout initially, but they've seized the remaining 2.3k. They will not release it, and have instead said as I was in violation of TOS am not entitled to the funds. Interestingly enough, the AG's office didn't agree (no really).

How about contacting your local TV station? This would make a good human interest story. John1

@bobby131313, Maybe it happens because about a half of the starting page of the site is filled with links to ebay and MaShops, but no single link to CCF trading pages...
