1942 Mercury Dime Grading Help Please.(Christmas Gift)

Thanks merclover:) was not sure if you wanted to be identified, I definitely see the nice cartwheel luster in the coin, no broken luster or just shiny. Definitely a great start to an americain silver collection. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up some more examples at my LCS next chance I get or at the next coin show. It's rare to see them in ebay and not have 15+$ shipping from the usa so it's hard to justify getting any on ebay. I'll have to start studying up in USA mercs and half dollars.
