Always compare with coins of the same year/mint is a good idea. The design changes and the dies are different die numbers. ODV-XXX, RDV-XXX. It would like comparing one Porsche car, with one Yugo? You have to use dates from the same master hub for that year. (Sometimes there are large and small dates on the same year, because two different master hubs were used that year.

The coin that was originally posted was damaged outside the Mint. Surface details have been pummeled and mashed down.
Error coin writer and researcher.

Sorry about the last comment I posted but it was about a comment that is no longer there and deleted so there's no context to y I posted it sorry and sorry about comparing the coins I was just trying to show how my camera acts with different angles and everything sometimes and it's hard to capture what I see and the 1969 Penny was the only other floating roof penny that I had
