Can someone please confirm if this is a Hadrian coin, and maybe give some more details about its age and type?

What's the diameter? I think there's a good chance it's RIC 1252 with Tranquillitas http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric....dn.1252-1257

Ok so that fits it being a Hadrian As, RIC II.3, 1252. It should weight about 10-11g. (It should also be bronze and laureate, which it looks to be, not brass and radiate, which would make it a dupondius). If that's correct, it was struck AD129-130 in Rome, and has a reverse of Tranquillitas standing left, holding sceptre and resting arm on column; TRANQVILLITAS AVG COS III P P; S C in field.
