This coins is represented to be a double struck, planchet crack, apologies for the photo quality from the seller.

Little bit off, no planchet crack. for double struck need an focus photo. I was not able to enlarge more then 50% which it is not enought.

40 dollar gamble, I won at the online estate auction, so when I get it, we shall see better photos.

Looks like some kind of rotating power tool like a dremmel, but does it really matter what kind of PMD it is? PMD is PMD is PMD.
