Hi everyone. I need a bit of help IDing the origins and ruler of this ancient Hellenic coin.
Based upon images I have seen of coins with similar design features, this piece may be either Macedonian and minted during the reign of Philip V or Seleucid (but I am uncertain of the ruler). I see Seleucid coins Antiochos II that are similar in design, but the text on the reverse does not resemble coins bearing the inscriptions of Antiochos, which should be "ANTIOXOY."
The coin is 25mm and it weighs 12.24 grams. The obverse appears to feature a Laureate head of Apollo right. There does not seem to be any text on the obverse. The reverse features a tripod with text sideways on either side. To the left of the tripod the text reads AΠΣ (or possibly AHΣ). And to the left of the tripod the text reads ΠEA. In the right field is also a monograph "AT".
Any help would be appreciated!
