If you could provide the Etsy numbers to prove they are counterfeit, they can be reported. Never mind, I found them

Thanks! Looked like kind of an obvious scam with the weird starting prices, but I figure better to get it reported and save someone issues with it down the road. I hope they ban sellers like that.

What reassures me that the seller really knows their Canadian coins, is when they refer to the bird on the reverse as a "duck"...

Etsy will not remove counterfeit coins or currency. Only ebay will remove counterfeits if reported.

I don't understand Etsy. If you look at what is acceptable to sell they define 3 categories...1) Handmade Goods 2) Vintage (defined as 20 yrs old+) or 3) Craft supplies. Counterfeit (or to be charitable - Replica/Reproduction) notes are clearly neither Handmade, Vintage or Supplies... How do they pass? I also saw listings for 2012 quarters (War of 1812 series)... regardless of whether they are counterfeit or legitimate they don't fall into one of the three categories of saleable items on Etsy. I don't get Etsy as a source for numismatic items...

Comments from the Etsy review: Quote: The Color is a like off but the Feel and Look Great . Kind of like the counterfeit twoonies... not even the banks bother to tell the difference with these.
