Heat damage has blackened and caused it to bubble.
Maybe been in a house fire.

Thanks for the responses.

Intense heat damage makes sense. I'm surprised it's not just a blob. I love how the damage seems to avoid the edge of the queen. A small glint of shiny nickel on the Queens lip gives her a milk mustache lol. It's got a nice red-brown hue almost like copper, my pics don't capture it well. My Mother saved it for me because she thought it was a foreign based on it's colour.
