25c 1874 No H (Look Closely)

This is a lovely coin for a number of reasons.

- First, it IS in fact a NO H - can anyone dispute that?
- Second, the orientation of the offcentre - dead on the north-south axis of the coin.
- Third, how much this coin circulated until someone finally decided it was a keeper - a statement to how much the acquiring power of 25c was (even if corrected for inflation, it would worth about $7.00 today)
- Finally, someone tried to transform the coin on a love token . and then scratched everything . frustration, anger or heartbreak?

Not a cheap coin. Worth every penny

Cool coin to bad about the scratches, I wouldn't let it bother me until I saw another in that year.
