This is also part of my 5000 coins from estate and I found this Error but I dont know what to call it. Please let me know error type and its possible rare/value/grade to sell for my medical bills-As always much appreatiated all!!!

Looks like clashed dies to me.

Yeah, clashed dies is what I am thinking also, so indeed, a great example of a keeper. It probably has a few dollars of value to the right collector.
