Black spots on I noticed on obverse, what do you think that could be? Also by America on reverse, is that a die clash or damage? Noticeable scratch on the 5 on reverse. Do you think it would fall under details?

Definitely a Details coin -- probably environmental damage.
As for the feature by AMERICA, it's a die crack.

Nice die crack
The spotting on the obverse is a result of the mishandling via cleaning. It's a nice type coin with the rays. Did you already purchase this?

I haven't purchased. I like to post here before I buy usually. Especially if it looks like this one.
