Two 1959 D Pennys Double Die Mint Error

I have about 98 of these 1959 D pennys they are almost all alike 95 have this type of mint mark.

First of all, a 1959 mm cannot be a Doubled Die as
they are hand punched into the working die.
Second, a Doubled Die is a Variety, not an error.
