Sap just remind me of burning other worldly money for the deceased in China, maybe they are starting to accept US denomination?

"Hell money" like that is usually ascribed to the "Bank of Hell", or sometimes the "Bank of Heaven", or it has abstract designs not specifically ascribed to any country, real or mythical. I'd have thought that United States currency, either real or fictional, would be invalid in the afterlife, as the afterlife is not under the control of the US government and there is nowhere to go in the afterlife to exchange US notes for "real" afterlife-money.
