I wish I could find banknotes like this all the time. Type II 1929 National Currency. Super nice. Thanks for your input.

Cool note. I wonder why is looks faded in places. By the way, your note is a Type I, not a Type II. All Type I Nationals have both a prefix and suffix letter and Type II Nationals only use a prefix letter.

The Type II has the two extra charter numbers too. Not sure why I called it Type II. I know better. As for the faded areas, it does look better in hand. Perhaps the ink was fading in areas during printing. Thanks for your input, Steve.

Fairly common bank with many high-grade notes surviving. Possibly washed at one point?
