I am not seeing doubling, sorry. Could you please give us photos of the entire coin, both sides? It is always a good idea to always present these images as they sometimes help us see things you may have overlooked. Thanks.

Yep.
PMD
2 has damage on outside curve an 0 has damaged top left curve. Seems to be from same hit.
2000 does have a Wexler and Varietiy Vista listing but this coin doesn't seem to fit.
My opinion.
