1998 P Lincoln Cent. MS?

Greetings! This is the nicest one I found in my dime jar. Hard to see in the photos but it is Full Band. The main flaw, from my perspective, is there is quite a bit of flattening on the "IN " & "WE" on the obverse.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of these in high grades, so I'm wondering what the guess grade would be for this particular coin.

With coinfrog on this one, lots of bag marks, ms63. They are picky on smaller coins. Not good at judging fb designation, but maybe.

Obverse suggests light circulation, reverse suggests not, which I'd guess has to do with the photography, so AU-59.
