goofbay is another one, they also have allot of tools like one to see what the seller has taken as a best offer on a similar item, also a tool that lets you check and see what a particular person has been bidding on, and even a not in title search. Here is a link to goofbay's ebay tools http://www.goofbay.com/ebay_tools.html They also have a free sniping program on their site but I have never used it so I can't really say how good it is

You can also now look at just neutral and negative feedback in ebay itself. Just click on the number of negatives for example and it brings them all up.
