Looks like a William I PAXS penny to me.

Replicas of these coins are sold everywhere - you'll see them in castles and stately homes in England. I honestly don't know these coins well enough to be able to identify a genuine one. Is it quite thick? Is there a visible line around the edge? Most replicas are cast and there is a seam around the edge. And is the coin magnetic?

I think the weight (and hence probably the thickness) identifies it as a replica.

A real one should weigh half as much,

Yes you can tell by the fields it's a cast replica of a William I PAXS penny. @tdziemia is right, a real one is 1.4g and worth £1000+.
