These are not actual errors, these are post mint scratches, as nothing in the minting process would ever make a coin look like this. There are many damaged coins out there that folk assume are errors of some kind but are not.

Sorry what you have is a PMD coin it has a value of one cent.

Yes, it looks like it was dropped in a street or driveway and many many cars ran over it. Too bad.
