Starter Pack Deals - A Thing Of The Past?

I started collecting silver and gold in 2018. I wish I had started earlier. Anyway, this ad popped up offering 5 oz silver at spot price. At first, thought it was a con. But after some further research, realized it was legit. Found a few other companies that had these starter pack at spot deals. And so, at the end, I had about 50 oz of silver bought at spot. I guess the demand is so high, companies don't need to entice new customers now. I still see them on some company's sites but they are "out of stock." It doesn't effect me anymore because they were one-shot deals. How many took advantage of that?
