I was cleaning out an old collection from a long time ago, and I found this BEAUTY. However, I am concerned about 2 things on this coin. Is this fake? I have had my fair shares of fakes in the past, so I wanted to check with you guys on it. I am probably being paranoid, but I do NOT want to waste my money on grading if it is a fake. Also, what grade do you think this would get? These are the best pics I could get.

It appears to have trace rub on the highest points of the buffalo, so I estimate a AU-58...

I cannot, sorry. My phone is very bad at taking images, and the images are too grainy if I zoom in or enlarge it.

Yeah sorry guys. I put a bid on it. I think I will win the bid, so I got photos and really these are their photos. Sorry, that was me not thinking straight. Apologies to great southern coins. Also, someone said that they cannot comment on the authenticity. Does that mean this is fake?

I'm very confused... You say "I was cleaning out an old collection from a long time ago, and I found this BEAUTY." Then ask if it is worth grading...then say those were the best photos you could take...then talk about bidding on it... The pics are definitely from a greatsoutherncoins auction... Not sure why there is what seems like dishonesty in the post... can't make sense of it.

Sorry guys. I tried to explain it to you in my last post on this topic. This was all my fault.

I have never heard any complaints about GSC selling counterfeit coins. There has however been many posts about the raw coins not living up to the images supplied by GSC.

Thanks for the info dave700x. So is this worth the risk to buy it?

You will have to make that decision. What do you think it grades and what are you willing to pay for it? Pick a number and stick to it.
I do know that seller has a large following and from what I've seen in the past they tend to get strong money for their offerings.
