EF45 sounds right to me, the colour is kinda throwing me off a bit though.

You see AU? Agreed that there's not much were - the edges of the leaves on the obverse. But I don't see much in the way of mint lustre and, to me at least, that's the line of demarkation between EF and AU...

EF45.

ICCS will not see it as AU because it is dark.

That's another one of their grading 'traits'.

They are very strict on dark coins.

Dip it and you may get AU (but may not).
