I am getting ready to submit 10 or 15 coins to PCGS. I need all my PIC's (partners in crime) to give me your thoughts. Bad Thad liked the 1959-P and I needed it's evil twin to send along with this one. Under the 5 pwr loupe I could not see a scratch, increase to 30 pwr this is what I saw. I am about to tackle the camera again but I don't want to let my mentor down again just yet. He makes it look so easy with wonderful pictures and I give you crap. I will go back in the archives after I receive the coin back from PCGS and see which of you came the closest to most correct. . This coin is full original copper color straight from a roll . Darn scope makes it look darker and more dull then it actually is. . Question to all that are experienced ( I guess that's everyone helping me except me) . True of false unless a coin is ugly , the luster technically should only help improve a grade. Meaning if a coin is normal original copper color but not eye catching the coin should grade whatever it technically is. Not sure if I made sense there. Again no points are docked for a normal red copper coin is what I am trying to ask. I sure had a lot of words there to ask a simple question. LOL
