I have a 1974 D Half dollar , that may or may not have a double mintmark, and also has a extra chin, or something, below the chin, can you tell me what you guys think this is, and is this considered a DDO, with the thing under the chin, and tell me what you think about the mintmark also, thank you guys so much for your answers

The chin looks like MD and the mint mark looks like MD and or it took a hit. Not a DDO or an RPM. Also,way too many photos.
