Hello all,

This is a 1988 one-cent. Can it be that this coin has a mule error? Will be glad to hear your opinions :)

A mule is an error where two sides of the coin are paired incorrectly.
Both sides of your coin look correct.
Also those are not letters, It is zinc dust.
