This bronze coin has a bust facing right on one side and an eagle with spread wings on the back. Above the eagle are the letters SPPA or SPPR. The coin is 5.1g and 19mm at its widest. Any id help would be appreciated.

Unbearded bust. Perhaps a Severus Alexander from Caesarea Maritima?
