I am a beginner at this error coin collecting and from what I've been reading I'm pretty sure that this is a lamination error on this 1957 Lincoln Wheat cent, I'm wondering if I am right if I am not then what would it be

@DTD I try to open your photo close of the area, but do not work for me. If you can do a close pic I will appreciate. Not sure before see close pic but seem something interesting.
