My mom passed away about 2 years ago and I inherited alot of things including coins. The ones I do have left I don't even know if there rare or not. I was looking throw some this afternoon and came across this penny in a plastic round holder, I've tried to read the date and I can't for the life of me figure ir out, could someone help me with this please?
