The first one I think is Valens (could also be Valentinian ...), possibly Thessalonika mint, in which case it can be this one: http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.....17B?lang=en

The second one is Theodosius, this one I think: http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.....61B?lang=en
