In photo 1, possibly we see monETA nOV starting from 6:30 and running to 2:00? And, if this was in the same lot as the Portuguese coin that @j1m identified, perhaps the letter I in the center of the cross is for one of the kings Juan in the same area (Portugal / Spain) I am headed to work, and will search more later.
