Does anyone know anything about a 1940' no mint mark nickel?

The Philadelphia mint did not use the P mintmark on nickels until 1980, other than for the 35% silver "wartime" nickels of 1942-1945. So, this is just a 1940 nickel from the Philadelphia mint.
