This coin has me completely baffled because there is absolutely no letters on the obverse and reverse except for the "20" on the obverse and what might be an "O" on the reverse.

I'm not sure, it's possible, But while I was flipping through the Krause catalog of world coins I remeber seeing something like this that was indentical.

I'll also guess an arcade token from a country where "20" is the normal denomination for such games.

It's not a coin; you won't find it in Krause.

We've seen several of these on the forum. Here's one; in that thread, member valutarick says it's a Belgian gas token ("gas" here means town gas, piped into houses to burn for heating and cooking, rather than "gas" in the American sense of petroleum for motor vehicles). But I can't find any information to back this up.
