Hello again fellow coinsters. A 2019 D State Quarter ended up in my change today that caught my eye. Only on the obverse side. If the light is reflecting just right you can see lines are running across the entire obverse side. Looks to me like some sort of machining marks maybe. I'm hoping for some possible insight in to it. Maybe its just PMD. Anyhow, it caught my eye right off and that's how my most of my errors coins were found. So any thoughts or knowledge is most appreciated. Thank you.
