I've been going through several hundred 2 x 2's of cents and nickels that have been stashed away for up to 50 years. Lots of minor errors, nothing earth-shattering, just things roll-hunters have to hold onto, even though they may be low grades.

From where the material come to form a Cud on this coin? My observation: the inner rim side is intact and also the bred. So from where is this extra material, I do not brining from home LOL.
It is not extra metal. The edge of the die broke off. It is unstruck metal.
