That looks like a small lamination peel to me. A Cud is any detached portion of the die anywhere on the rim producing an unstruck portion of a coin. A die crack is simply a damaged die that got cracked someplace showing up as a thin ridge of metal on the coin.

First glance looks like a lamination error but the rim makes it look like a die crack. I will need a closeup to give a confident answer.
