Day 73Noodled a $100 bag of 20 cents and thought all I had to show was this bunch of coins featuring our favourite royal couple:  Until I looked more closely at this 1981 20 cent  To discover the elusive dot above the R variety   Total number of 20 cent coins noodled: 7740 Number of different coins found: 64 Number of coins still to find: 2

You don't have to tell me! Last week I purchased a $100 bag of 20c pieces to noodle for the 1966 wavy. I ended up with x500 aUNC/UNC 2022 20c pieces. I shoveled the whole lot back though the coin machine yesterday. How am I meant to get a 1966 wavy with this kind of coinage?  |

Day 75Noodled another $100 bag of 20c and finally some success.  2001 Tasmania Centenary of Federation:  One of the best-looking Australian circulation coins IMO which is probably why it is hoarded and so hard to find. That just leaves the Norfolk Island 20 cent. Total number of 20 cent coins noodled: 8240 Number of different coins found: 65 Number of coins still to find: 1

Day 77Just the $30 worth of 20c to noodle today. Didn't find a Norfolk Island but did find this NCLT coin: 2017 Australian Operational Service Medal  Total number of 20 cent coins noodled: 8390 Number of different circulation coins found: 65 Number of coins still to find: 1 Number of NCLT coins found: 3

Day 81Just the 10 rolls of 20c noodled today. Not a single commemorative coin amongst them. Found a nice London mint 1966 (shame it's not a wavy)  And a high grade but grubby 1976  Total number of 20 cent coins noodled: 8590 Number of different circulation coins found: 65 Number of coins still to find: 1 Number of NCLT coins found: 3

Day 83Noodled a $100 bag of 20c and would you believe it... I found another Tasmania coin. Also found a 2015 WWI NCLT coin.  Maybe I'll find that Norfolk Island coin before I hit 10,000 Twenty Cent coins noodled. Total number of 20 cent coins noodled: 9090 Number of different circulation coins found: 65 Number of coins still to find: 1 Number of NCLT coins found: 4

You're getting a better selection than in Qld. I haven't seen a 2001 state 20c piece in yonks. In fact, the last 500 batch only had a few commemoratives full stop. I sometimes think your searched batches are shipped up to Qld. I haven't even had a Kiwi koin for the past 2000 or more. I usually get 1-3 every 500. Odd...

Day 86Noodled 19 rolls of 20c coins. No Norfolk Island but did find a 2016 change-over and 1995 United Nations, both of which are extremely hard to come by here in Brisbane.  Also found a very nice Western Australia CoF coin:  Total number of 20 cent coins noodled: 9470 Number of different circulation coins found: 65 Number of coins still to find: 1 Number of NCLT coins found: 4
