64+ with shot at 65. I think the two small edge hits in the right obverse field keep it from gem. Very nice looking coin.

many of the 89(P) were a little soft. I like this one for strike which is better than normally seen except for the tip of the left wing. looks like a break in luster across the cheek and maybe lower neck area. a few abrasions like on top of the eye, jaw area, lower neck, K4 obv. a scratch at K4 rev. eye appeal is not bad. wont make 65 and better than a 63. process of elimination. the coin is MS64

i think you have a consensus except for NS.

an excellent buy at that price.
