1981-D Lincoln Cent - Brown? Grade It!

One very unloved issue from the mint. Hard to find in nice condition and nearly impossible to find one in full brown with very few hits and nice eye appeal. They simply don't exist in the marketplace and generally perceived as "spenders" if they are found.

Would YOU classify this as a full BN coin and why or why not? There is luster under the brown but the cartwheels are diffused, not tight and broken in the thicker areas of toning.
