1981-D Lincoln Cent - Brown? Grade It!

Hard to find in nice condition and nearly impossible to find one in full brown with very few hits and nice eye appeal. They simply don't exist in the marketplace and generally perceived as "spenders" if they are found. Would YOU classify this as a full BN coin and why or why not? There is luster under the brown but the cartwheels are diffused, not tight and broken in the thicker areas of toning. Lincoln Cent Lover!
