What do you think?

The obverse has matte-like fields and cartwheel luster. The reverse - well, not so much. How does that affect the grade? How do you think this happened? What color designation would you give it and why?

MS62 maybe 63. probably RB. I cant see this at RD due to the reverse. looks like the coin was mishandled and oils from someone hand caused the reverse. there is even a fingerprint across CENT
