That's a British coin, issued in the name of mad king George III (1760-1820)
Obverse: effigy of king George III with legends: GEORGIUS III D.G. REX (George III, king by the grace of God)
Reverse: statue of Brittannia with legends: BRITTANNIA.

A halfpenny must have a diameter of 28 mm.
A penny has a diameter of 34 mm, a farthing 20 mm
