Wrekkdd Pillar of the Community Canada 3328 Posts	Posted 04/26/2022 01:15 am Hard to grade the obverse from the photo, far to dark and looks like contact marks may be concealed. I'm thinking more like 64-65,as for the toning I agree it looks artificial and made to look like a possible end poll toned coin. Better pictures would be helpful though. I'm not sure that the toning would detail this coin, iv seen some crazy toned coins graded by TPG but this looks different. Report this Post to the Staff

I have seen that they auction off a ton of these PCI blue label toned coins. The crazy toning is only ever on the obverse. They are all artificially toned. Report this Post to the Staff
