Just purchased. Beautiful tone. Almost too much. Grading I'm skeptical. Any comments are welcome.

UNC Details, questionable color. Sorry but there's zero chance that passes through any real TPG with a grade.

Unfortunately there's many many PCI Slabbed Morgans that have colorful but artificial color

Hard to grade the obverse from the photo, far to dark and looks like contact marks may be concealed. I'm thinking more like 64-65,as for the toning I agree it looks artificial and made to look like a possible end poll toned coin. Better pictures would be helpful though. I'm not sure that the toning would detail this coin, iv seen some crazy toned coins graded by TPG but this looks different.

Adam E- As numismatists we don't like the artificial toning and don't purchase these(of course there are outliers)

Unfortunately there are tons of people that know it is artificially colored, don't care and there's a huge market in them.

The only PCI slabs that were credible were the old 10 digit serial number green labels. This blue label is the probably the worst over-all. PCI at this point stands for Problem Coin Inside.

Is this from Central Florida Coin Auctions? I have seen that they auction off a ton of these PCI blue label toned coins. The crazy toning is only ever on the obverse. They are all artificially toned.

You nailed it psuman08. It is from there. I'll know better going forward. I knew it was way too much tone.

Thanks all!
