The Lincoln-Kennedy cents were being sold by Littleton a long time ago. They cost about 50 cents and were sold strictly as a novelty item. This is definitely a seller that I would steer clear of. I have no idea why anyone would buy something like this unless s/he had advanced Alzheimer's and had lost impulse control.
