The portrait on the medallion is Abraham Lincoln (though a very poorly done likeness). The Lincoln-Kennedy cents were being sold by Littleton a long time ago. They cost about 50 cents and were sold strictly as a novelty item.

This is definitely a seller that I would steer clear of.

Junk. Not even junque. I have no idea why anyone would buy something like this unless s/he had advanced Alzheimer's and had lost impulse control. My mother has Alzheimer's (now Stage 3 and beyond this behavior) and early on DID buy stuff like this until my father took away her checkbook.
