1989 D Washington Quarter ?doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

Doubled1980 New Member United States 15 Posts	Posted 04/29/2022 02:57 am 1989 D quarter...?DDO? I have a 89 d quarter that I'm not sure about. It kind of looks like in certain light as if there's remnants of letters possibly from a different coin. Not sure. They look to be in between the numbers 1989. The mint mark looks as if it might have something behind it. And IN GOD WE TRUST the W looks as it laid on top of another. I'm by far anyone to tell what a coin is so I'm hoping to maybe get some thoughts. Thank you. Report this Post to the Staff

Wrekkdd Pillar of the Community Canada 3328 Posts	Posted 04/29/2022 03:34 am I'm not seeing any doubling. The mark I think your talking about on the date appears to be a hit from the edge of another coin. Just looks like a circulated 1989 quarter dollar. Report this Post to the Staff
