Not sure what is going on with these Wisconsin Quarters, Here is my second Lower Leaf Error found while CRH. Is someone out there putting them back into circulation? This one is much better than the other one me found earlier this year. That second one is so nice. It still amazes me how these coins can stay this nice in circulation. Now, just need to score the Upper Leaf Error. That one remains elusive.

Welp, there was that coin dump awhile back. I forget the details but some sort of promotion to stimulate the hobby by releasing a large amount of coins.
