Maybe it's just some damage, but does something look "off" around his ear? I compared to another '99 and u can tell something is going on, just not sure if the other was worn or thus coin is newer? Just wanted to see what the experts say

At the top if the ear, where it looks like it's covered with hair, is that normal?

I've been looking through too many magnifying lens' and too many pennies!! Just seemed like there were some extra hair from beard and head around d that ear?
