Another obw roll Cent with a minor rpm. It looks to be a nice coin, but the missing luster on the reverse made me sigh. The area - below CENT to the rim. Thoughts on Grade? Thoughts on how much the missing luster kills the Grade? Thanks!

64RD Sounds about right , No need to sigh about the reverse luster it looks good to me .
