I'll say F-12 with environmental damage. Some of the #5's don't show up the arc inside the loop from the R/P. This one is clear. Cleaned or not, you can easily see all of the markers since it appears to have been fairly early in the minting progression. The large D/C's don't go very far into either Gratia or Regina.

Wow I didn't know about the die cracks through Gratia and Regina My other type 5 only has the die crack on the r in Regina Thanks okie for the markers

It's all the same die crack. It starts out fairly wide to the R in Regina, then splits 3 ways, one going down more through the R, then a new one goes left into Gratia, and then right through the other first few letters of Regina.

Looks like VG8 to me possible VG10 but I can't see this getting any higher grade.
