It's Caracalla, something like this:

RIC IV Caracalla 54A, AD 201, Denarius, Rome
Obverse: Bust of Caracalla, laureate, draped, cuirassed, right; ANTONINVS PIVS AVG
Reverse: Two captives, seated back to back, mourning, left and right of central trophy; PART MAX PONT TR P IIII http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.4.crl.54A

TR P 1111 gives the date in year 201 AD.
Caracalla would have been 13 years old in that year, which explains the boy portrait, and would have been co Emperor with his father Septimius Severus at the time.
